Returns
You have the right to return your goods within 14 working days of receipt without the need to give a reason, if the goods are still in their original sealed and unused condition. More information on this can be found in our refunds and returns policy.
CPAP Masks and other respiritaory products are exempt from a refund or exchange due to health and hygiene issues, and in particular cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. For clarity, the Consumer Contracts Regulations confirms exemption and details it as:- "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's/payment providers policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The only exception to this will be if the item is found to faulty and a replacement is required.
