Returns and refunds

You have the right to return your goods within 14 working days of receipt without the need to give a reason, if the goods are still in their original sealed and unused condition.  More information on this can be found in our refunds and returns policy.

Masks and most other products are exempt from a refund or exchange due to health and hygiene issues, and in particular cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. For clarity, the Consumer Contracts Regulations confirms exemption and details it as:-  "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."

 

VAT relief

Some of the respiratory products we sell are eligible for Zero Rated VAT in the UK and Europe. To qualify you should meet the criteria for the HMRC VAT Declaration:-

  1. You or the person you are purchasing on behalf of have "a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness," (Sleep Apnoea and Sleep Disordered Breathing, are such conditions, along with other medical conditions which require CPAP, BiPAP or Non-Invasive Ventilation).  
     
  2. "The goods or services are for the personal or domestic use of the customer."

Please note: You do not need to be registered as disabled or in receipt of any other benefits to be eligible for VAT relief.  You simply need to meet the criteria of the above 2 points from HMRC.

You will have the option to choose to pay for the item with or without the VAT where this regulation applies.

 

Delivery Information

Now this is where we shine - we aim to process your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).  We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before 11am on a weekday.  Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the morning of the next working day.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, based upon the delivery time quoted by the delivery service.  Guaranteed delivery times are not available from any provider.

Free delivery

All orders include free delivery for UK addresses, for which we use a 2-day delivery service for UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands).  In some cases, delivery to UK mainland addresses can take 3 days, but in general, 2 working days is standard.

We always use a delivery service that provides parcel tracking when possible.  This excludes addresses where Royal Mail is the only available delivery service, for which "Signature on delivery" is used in place of full tracking.

Next business day delivery

Expedited delivery services are available on all orders at a small additional cost.  "Next business day" applies to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). 

An expedited delivery service will always be used for orders placed using the "Next business day" delivery option.  However, please note that while the delivery time will be quicker than the included free delivery service, the actual delivery time will depend upon the area and is not likely to be next business day if outside of the UK mainland.
